At The Spotted Frog, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to making things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully packed and inspected before leaving our store, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.
Returns and Exchanges
The Spotted Frog will accept merchandise returns on regular priced items within 7 days of delivery and will issue a credit or refund at the time of return only with the original sales receipt. All product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Returns of merchandise purchased through our website will be accepted by mail or in person at the store on #110-12480 No. 1 Road, Richmond, BC, Canada. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with the items to be returned.
Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. If your order qualified for free shipping, your refund will be less the flat rate shipping charge of $14.99.
A refund will be credited back to the original method of payment and will post approximately two business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.

Shipping fees associated with the return of the product is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Final Sale Items
Final Sale items that cannot be returned or exchanged include: Earrings, gift certificates, delivery, shipping, and setup fees, and items discounted more than 20% off. At The Spotted Frog, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Attention to detail in design, material and construction is paramount and so is our commitment to customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of the custom orders, all custom order furniture is considered as a final sale item.
Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our store. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase.
